Walkup Pro for iOS by Cedar Dynamics

Cedar Dynamics ("we," "us," or "our") built Walkup Pro as a tool for coaches, parents, and fans to create memorable walkup experiences for baseball players. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Walkup Pro allows you to create and manage walkup experiences. This may include:

Walkup Pro stores your information locally on your device and optionally syncs across your Apple devices via iCloud. We do not have access to your iCloud data. AI-generated content (walkup songs and announcements) is processed via our secure server but we do not store the generated audio or your prompts after delivery.
Walkup Pro requests the following permissions to function properly:
Used solely to record player announcement audio within the app. Recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.
Allows walkup music to continue playing when the screen is locked or you switch to another app during Game Day mode.

When you search for songs, your search queries are sent to Apple's public iTunes Search API. This is standard API usage and does not include any personal information—only the search terms you enter.
If you have an Apple Music subscription, Walkup Pro can search and play full songs from the Apple Music catalog via MusicKit. Song playback is handled by Apple's frameworks on your device.
Walkup Pro offers optional AI-generated walkup songs and announcements powered by ElevenLabs. When you use these features, your text prompt is sent to our server, which forwards it to ElevenLabs for processing. We do not store your prompts or generated audio after delivery. A credit-based usage system tracks generation counts (tied to an anonymous user ID) but no personal information.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles purchase data.
Walkup Pro may be used to manage information about young athletes. We want to emphasize that all data entered into the app remains entirely on your device. We do not collect any information from children or any users. Parents and guardians maintain full control over all data stored in the app.

Because all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or process any personal information, traditional data rights requests (access, deletion, portability) are fulfilled automatically—you already have complete access to and control over all your data.
Walkup Pro is designed for personal, recreational, and non-commercial use — such as youth baseball games, amateur leagues, and informal team events. The app is not intended for professional, commercial, or broadcast use. AI-generated content (songs and announcements) is for personal enjoyment only and may not be redistributed, sold, or used in commercial productions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you through the app or other appropriate means.
